Brunetti Consulting participates with the following insurance: Medica, United Health Care, Minnesota Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including Blue Plus), HealthPartners, UCare, Medicare, and Medical Assistance/Medicaid.  

Payment for copays, coinsurance, and self-pay can be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Referral Required for Appointments

Health Insurance

​​​​We require a direct referral from a medical, mental health, and/or school professional to schedule neuropsychological and psychological evaluations.  The Referral Form must be completed by the referring professional and sent to our office before an appointment will be scheduled.
